I decided to open up a separate checking account for my business to simplify accounting. I never wanted Bank of America’s “Online Business Suite”, however when the rep at the local banking center told me it was “free” I told her, “Fine, sign me up”. A month later, I was charged a $15 fee for the service I never wanted. I called up Bank of America, spend 45 minutes on the phone with them, and finally got the $15 back.
